This class is offered one night a week for five consecutive weeks.  We have several classes scheduled, but let us know if none of these work for you and we will do our best to work around your schedule. The class is broken up into five evening classes that cover the information you need in order to prepare for the birth of your baby.  These classes are designed to cover common pregnancy concerns and questions and leave you feeling confident and empowered to work with your healthcare provider to have the birth you want!
