This is a class designed to help women feel their best during pregnancy, develop strength and mitigate pains associated with pregnancy and motherhood, and recover from the birth process. Small class sizes help you develop a community of other strong mothers who will cheer you on to progress through the motherhood transition while feeling fierce, empowered, and confident!

So much more than a mama and me fitness class- each session offers four weeks of classes of individualized programming to help your body prepare for the challenges motherhood demands of it. Prenatal mothers will gain strength and prepare for the birth process while working to minimize common pregnancy related issues like back pain, pelvic instability, restless legs, and insomnia. Postpartum women (regardless of the amount of time since your baby was born) will focus on core strength and stability, pelvic floor functioning, overall strength, and preparation to get back to the activities they love! Babies are welcome to join classes with the understanding that you may need to pause or alter your session to care for their needs. Classes are designed to build a community of mothers, new and seasoned, to encourage and empower each other in their journey!
